An Emergency Housing Team volunteer can serve other CPC members or attendees in times of crisis by providing a safe place for them to stay temporarily. Examples of circumstances creating this type of need include a single parent facing job loss and/or eviction, a family after a house fire, a refugee trying to get on his or her feet, etc.

This is a great opportunity for a hospitable individual or family who has extra living space in their home, a mother-in-law quarters, or a vacant rental property and wants to use that space to provide temporary refuge to others in times of crisis.

As a member of the team, when a need arises, you will be contacted to see if you are able and willing to provide temporary housing.

Requirements: Must be a College Park Church member. Must be willing to complete a background check.
