This opportunity is for men who love serving other men and want to mentor or coach those in earlier life stages by caring, being curious, asking good questions, and helping younger men find their way in the important areas of life: faith, marriage, career, and service.

This could look like a 35-year-old married man with kids willing to pour into the life of a recent college graduate or a man navigating singleness in his 20s, or a retired doctor with a desire to coach a young man in his residency who is searching for wisdom balancing work, married life, and serving the church. Men of all ages can mentor men younger than themselves.
