Sunday Morning Hospitality

Hospitality Ministry exists to extend the love and generosity of Christ through a culture of care and belonging.

Brew Crew are the secret heroes of our church. Join us as we brew and lead the caffeine charge! Brew Crew team members assist in restocking, brewing, and cleaning our coffee area. Serve one of 3 shifts: before 1st service, in between services, or after 2nd service.

Greeters are the first expressions of Christ on Sundays at our exterior doors and set the tone for what happens the rest of the morning. Greeters do more than hold doors, but foster a culture of hospitality that aims to make everyone feel seen and loved.

Ushers are a vital part of our Sunday morning gathering. They welcome everyone who enters our sanctuary and help them locate a seat. They facilitate accessible seating, reduce distractions once worship starts, and are a key to helping with safety in case of a Sanctuary evacuation.

Welcome Desk team members have the 411 on Sundays. They answer questions, help people find classes and meetings, and assist guests who want to print a nametag. Serve 30 minutes before the service you attend. Welcome Desk team members take turns staying through the service.

Requirements: College Park Church member or regular attender

Time Commitment: Serve all Sundays in an even or odd month.

Ushers are a vital part of our Sunday morning gathering. They welcome everyone who enters our sanctuary as well as helping members and guests locate a seat. They facilitate handicapped seating and are a key to our safety in case of a Sanctuary evacutation.
Welcome Desk team members have the 411 on Sundays. They answer questions and help folks find classes and meetings. This volunteer position assists guests who want to print a nametag. You'll be stationed behind a computer, but the system is super easy to use and training is provided. Serve 30 minutes before the service you attend. Welcome Desk team members take turns staying through the service.
