The first step for newcomers at College Park is coming to DISCOVER, which is followed by two more events (CONNECT and JOIN) leading them toward membership. DISCOVER, CONNECT, and JOIN team members greet newcomers, facilitate brief table discussions during breakout moments, and make newcomers feel welcome. They may also be involved with event check-in, set-up, or audio-visual support. Team members can select which event team(s) they would like to join.

Requirements: College Park Church member

Time Commitment: For DISCOVER: 10:00 a.m.-12:15 p.m. second Sunday of each month. For CONNECT: 10:00-12:15 for two Sundays in a row on odd months (January, March, etc.). For JOIN: 10:00-1:30 for one Sunday on even months (February, April, etc.).
